Early reminder > Don't forget to Select "PDF" instead of HTML at the bottom of the Print Verification Report page before printing.

Printing List of Comments

There are 383 comments.

Last update was July 17, 2011.

The list can be seen after logging in > Grades >Standards Based Grade Administration > Comments.

The easiest way to print is to select 500 per page and print.

NOTE Grade Period Listed When Doing Report Cards

When the Grade Period is over LAUSDMAX will default to the NEXT Grading Period and you will not be able to edit Report Cards UNLESS you use the DROP MENU to go back to the correct Grading Period.

Adding Mulitple Comments

Multiple comments can be entered using "Grading Period Comments by Student”.
Caveat: Comments done with the "Grades" method are not seen in “Grading Period Comments by Student”.
Contact with MAXLAUSD on this was started April 27, 2010.

Comments in Verification and Report Card Printouts

The Verification report does show comments entered with the "Grades" method.
Report Card PDFs do not show comments on the backside of each report card.
